This service is mainly dedicated to End Users who already have an Elenos product and want to ask information. The service is simple, secure and completely free.
Each request is associated with a ticket.
You can open a new ticket or assess the progress of previous.
You must only add the request. Our Customer Service Dept. will contact you (by phone or by online).
Please, if you want report a failure, we ask you particular attention to describe the failure, especially when it’s not so clear (for example the failure could show in an intermittent way, or in a particular operating condition).
In this way we try to avoid incorrect diagnosis, giving you a better service; in way to solve the problem in a more efficient way.
