Indium
It indicates the series of equipment where it’s used metal Indio. The solution so far used for the coupling between the MOSFET and heatsink was the silicon paste, but it’s a critical component for heat exchange. If used in too large quantities it’s not a good conductor and if used in too small quantities there is the risk not to fill all the voids given by roughness of the material. The silicon paste, also, over time it becomes dry and dust, losing its functionality. Indio, however, has the properties of mechanical adaptability and thermal conductivity(very high as in any metal), with benefits of exchange efficiency which remain intact in an infinite time.
