Innovative, Energy-Efficient Elenos FM Transmitters Now Available to North American Broadcasters

Elenos USA is pleased to announce that the highly-regarded line of Elenos FM transmitters will now be available to the US and Canadian markets. Elenos has been manufacturing transmitters in Europe for 35 years, earning a stellar reputation worldwide for technical innovation, reliability, energy-efficiency, and appealing design. Miami-based Elenos USA will now be leading the company’s expansion into North America.
Elenos USA President Alfonso Lopez emphasized that Elenos is a “stable, well-capitalized manufacturer with a long history of technological innovation. They have developed several proprietary technologies that have allowed them to build compact, energy-efficient, high power transmitters. We noticed at last year’s NAB show that engineers were marveling at the Elenos products, especially how compact and efficient they are.”
“Even so,” Lopez continued, “there have always been concerns toward European manufacturers entering the US market – the biggest stumbling block has usually been service and support. I’m confident that we’re well positioned to leap over that hurdle, and I couldn’t be more excited about introducing these amazing products to North American broadcasters.”
Lopez explained that Elenos has adopted a careful strategy of entering the American market. First they established a successful distribution company, 305 Broadcast of Miami, which will provide the infrastructure for domestic distribution, sales, and support. Then they founded Elenos USA, a partner company that will specialize in the Elenos transmitter business. Finally, Lopez continued, “We recruited the best of the best to handle sales, distribution, and support. Americans rely on fast, efficient, and fluent customer service, and our team is ready to provide that.”
“Our new Sales Director is Mary Ann Seidler, who has a great track record of building successful dealer networks in the broadcast industry. We’ve also brought John Bisset on board, who’s highly respected throughout the transmitter industry for his RF expertise. We have several RF engineers on staff for technical support. Plus our Miami warehouse is full of stock and parts to respond immediately to our customers’ requests. So we’re ready to go!”
