In the last years we bought many Elenos transmitters.
After going on air, we tried to link Elenos transmitters to our monitoring system (Algorab Aube) and use transmitter’s and Echos6’s web interfaces to execute manual change operations. We discovered that the MIB file describing SNMP points was not complete and the web interface was not so easy to use.
Elenos helped us with a new firmware version of Ebox, now we have it running on all our transmitter. New web interface has got many new features

For the last 15 years we have been using a 5KW Tube Transmitter from Elenos and even today it is in a very good condition.

The assistance is a huge achievement and also by telephone, in real time, you can solve many problems. The devices are functional and are “always” in the most inaccessible and unlikely environmental conditions: we say that reliability is in first place in the machinery and Elenos through diagnostics and interaction (simple) remote, these machines are simple and powerful . It ‘so easy to interact with machines that just a simple SMS to do a lot of operations. I purchased an Elenos radio broadcast transmitter for 90.9 XHRYA, an FM station in Reynosa, Mexico, just across the Texas–Mexico border. What do you think about ELENOS products?
I liked, of what I have seen, the statements were spectacular, indeed! I saw things that I had never seen that particular issue of the issuer that works at high temperatures, and maintains its normal performance. I also appreciated the short circuit in the antenna which we provoked, and all continue to work, only the transmitter is turned off and then turns on, without suffering any damage. I am very pleased with the ELENOS products. I have now an ELENOS transmitter in my radio station and since we have it, we have achieved much better results than what we had been.
So you think it is a reliable machine to advise to other stations?
We have in fact achieved good results and had an excellent support from ELENOS, so it makes sense that others may come to acquire such equipment.

Elenos products are very reliable and service is superb. We have placed the transmitters in extremely harsh environments. I have even enduring extremely high temperatures in Saharan Africa. Knowing they are reliable and that if something goes wrong you can count on excellent service, is of vital importance to Radio Maria.
In addition to the high temperatures, Elenos transmitters are installed by non-technical people who are not familiar with broadcast equipment. The ease of installation, operation, and finally I repeat, reliability, are things that are very important to us. We had a problem in Tanzania and Elenos technical help was immediately on the phone, helping us to solve the problem … and we succeeded. These things are very important because our radio stations must always work!
