This is a very important announcement about our new WARRANTY POLICY and new SPARE PARTS PRICE LIST.

The new warranty Policy is already valid, starting from 1st January 2013, and we request that you follow the new procedures to assist us with Progress.

What you need to do:

As an Elenos Official Dealer / Partner, you must follow through on the following actions in order to enable the Warranty Process:

You, or your customer, must register the product(s) online, to get the warranty process started and validated
You, or your customer, must fill in our online RMA form for every support request
Every spare part needing to be replaced must be sent back to Elenos By November of each year to receive the replacemente part (*)

Advantages

You will be able to provide Warranty Service and earn Extra Services from Elenos. Your customers will save money on shipping costs, taxes, and will also save time.

Important

Any operation that does not follow the Elenos Warranty Policy invalidate the Warranty.
(*) If the spare parts do not reach Elenos by November of the same year with the appropriate documentation and RMA number, then the parts will not be replaced.

Attached you will find a new Spare Parts Catalog, with prices. On Spare Parts KITs there is a 15% discount if you buy one together with an apparatus. Also, attached is the new Warranty Policy.
